All of our products are tested and guaranteed to work on North American (NSTC) games systems unless otherwise noted (There are some exceptions which are sold "As Is" ). If you get any product home, covered by our warranty that does not work for one reason or another the way and they are suppose to, contact us by email and we will help you get it working, if that fails we have a repair or replacement warranty.
The warranty is a 90 days repair or replacement warranty on used games, 30 days repair or replacement on game systems covered by warranty.
Items returned that are not defective are subject to full mailing costs before item is shipped back. If found defective then replacement or repaired item is mailed back to you at our cost. We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling of items and items damaged in shipping not covered by insurance. Warranty especially does not cover item being damaged by Non-North American incompatible power sources. |
